G Adventures’ 2025 FAM trip applications are now open.

The tour operator has increased the FAM trip opportunities to 12, with six trips open to all advisors and six run exclusively with partners.

This year, Canadian advisors can experience discounted G Adventures journeys to Costa Rica, the Galápagos, Greece, Japan, New Zealand or Thailand.

“Experiencing a destination firsthand is truly the best way for agents to attain true sense of a place in order to be able to best sell it to the right customer,” said David Green, managing director for G Adventures in Canada. “As the pioneers of community tourism, we also ensure our agents see the good they are doing in the world when they book their customer on a G Adventures trip.”

The cost to participate in the trips range from $1,150 pp to $2,050 pp CAD. The fee is land-only and non-refundable. G Adventures is also encouraging agents to make a small donation to Planeterra.

Those interested have until Nov. 1, 2024 to complete an application, and successful applicants will be notified by the end of November.

“I’m also delighted that we have the support from two tourist boards this year. Air New Zealand will be funding flights for what is sure to be a coveted New Zealand fam trip, and the Costa Rica Tourism Board is supporting our visit as part of its strategy to attract more Canadians to its beautiful country,” said Green.
