Foodies have one more reason to visit Hyatt’s Impression by Secrets resorts this fall.

Today, Hyatt announced the return of the Impression Makers Supper Club, a series of exclusive dining experiences from the Impression by Secrets brand.

Debuting last fall at the Impression Moxché by Secrets resort at Playa del Carmen, Hyatt partnered with world-renowned chefs to develop the new Supper Club experience. This year’s edition will feature Michelin-starred Chef Stefano Secchi from New York City’s Rezdôra and the newly opened Massara restaurants.

The Impression Makers Supper Club will take place on Sept. 26 and Sept. 28 at Impression Moxché by Secrets and Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets respectively. For $200 a person, guests will enjoy an eight-course dinner and wine pairings.

“Curating unforgettable and unexpected culinary experiences for guests is at the heart of the Impression by Secrets brand philosophy,” said Melanie Benozich, associate vice president, marketing and global brands, Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection. “The Impression Makers Supper Club provides a unique, intimate platform for guests seeking an epicurean adventure that influences trends, inspires creativity, and awakens the senses beyond taste.”

The collaboration with Chef Secchi will continue with select menu options available at both resorts throughout 2024.

“Food has this incredible power to connect us and take us on a journey,” said Chef Stefano Secchi. “Through local flavors and creative dishes inspired by the local community, we’re not just sharing a meal but also stories that bring us closer together. This collaboration celebrates long-lasting memories that celebrate the art of cuisine and the joy of gathering around the table.”
