Colorado-based tour operator Inside Travel Group has expanded its South Asia offerings with a new destination: India.

Inside Travel Group is a B Corp Certified global tour operator, known for its two region-focused brands: InsideAsia Tours and InsideJapan Tours. The latter is the largest independent Japan travel specialist offering escorted small group tours, self-guided vacations, and fully tailored itineraries.

Now, InsideAsia Tours is adding India to its list of destinations, which includes Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Korea.

“India is a sleeping giant,” said Inside Travel Group’s South Asia Programme Manager, Jess Andrews. “We have set out to shake up the market and offer cultural adventures with our own ‘Inside Travel’ stamp, aiming to represent this vast country and the variety of culture and people that make it so special.”

InsideAsia Tours has expanded with 12 vacations in India, including the 21-day North India’s Greatest Hits, which explores five historic cities with guided tours in Mumbai, Varanasi, Delhi, Jaipur, and Udaipur, and the 12-day Jungles, Tigers & Wildlife Safari, which “celebrates India’s wild side.”

“This is our first new destination to launch since 2022, and we believe that with India, with our partners on the ground, the people we work across the country and with the cultural adventures we are able to create, we have something incredible,” said Inside Travel Group Co-founder Alastair Donnelly.

“As is true with other Inside Travel destinations, we have a team of specialists, all of whom have travelled extensively or lived in the country. We have a team of five India Travel specialists, with experience and knowledge from all over the country, but all united by their passion for the country and culture and knowing what makes travel great.”
