The Israel Ministry of Tourism is growing its team, adding new team members serving the northeast U.S. and Canada.

Simmi Shulman is joining as the Ministry’s new business manager for the Northeast U.S., while Hilary Brown is joining as the new marketing and business Manager for Canada.

Shulman has over 12 years of experience in luxury travel and hospitality, including time spent at Tenon Tours, Authenticus Italy, and Experience Morocco. She will be located in the Ministry’s New York office.

Brown most recently served as a BDM for the Globus Family of brands. She will be based in Toronto.

“We are thrilled to welcome these talented individuals to our tourism marketing team to help us navigate through these challenging times and beyond,” said Yael Golan, Interim Tourism commissioner.

“We look forward to seeing the ways in which Simmi and Hilary implement their knowledge of the industry to help keep Israel top of mind as a premier travel destination for tourists and our trade partners alike.”
