Rental Escapes has expanded its global portfolio with new properties in London, England and Kitzbühel, Austria.

The full-service luxury villa company announced today that it has expanded its offerings to include options in London and Kitzbühel, while also enhancing its portfolio with further villas in Portugal, Tamarindo (Costa Rica), Sicily (Italy), Barbados, California’s Coachella Valley, and Florida’s Panhandle.

“As demand for luxury travel continues to grow, we’re proud to expand our portfolio with new and enhanced offerings in some of the most desirable destinations around the world,” said Brian Schwimmer, CEO of Rental Escapes. “These new villa offerings give travelers even more opportunities to create unforgettable vacations—whether it’s a family getaway in London or an après-ski retreat in the Austrian Alps. These new additions make it even easier to find the perfect villa for every type of traveler in our portfolio.”

In Kitzbühel, Austria, travelers can choose between the eight-bedroom Chalet Montana and the 13-bedroom Montana Estate. Both properties are conveniently located for easy access to the region’s world-class ski slopes, blending resort charm, luxury, adventure, and tradition.

In London, England, Rental Escapes offers seven properties, ranging from three to six bedrooms. This includes Green House, a four-level, four-bedroom villa in London’s Knightsbridge neighborhood.

Guests staying at one of Rental Escapes’ carefully vetted villas have access to 24/7 concierge service, and many properties also include dedicated staff. Currently, the company’s portfolio spans 70 destinations across the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, the United States, and beyond.
