Rental Escapes Launches Customizable White-Labeled Website for Advisors

Rental Escapes has launched a new sales tool for travel advisors, a fully-customizable website that advisors can use to market luxury villa rentals. The site can be tailored with advisors’ individual branding and all leads go directly to the advisor, not Rental Escapes.

“Our philosophy in creating this new offering was simple – the client should be able to engage with and remember their travel advisor, not the technology powering the experience,” said Willie Fernandez, chief sales and marketing officer of Rental Escapes. “We listened to the feedback we’ve heard from our travel advisor partners and intentionally built a platform with no third-party branding, letting them showcase luxury villas entirely under their own name while protecting their client relationships.”

Developed entirely in-house, the new Rental Escapes white-labeled web platform marks a significant investment in technology to benefit travel advisors and is an innovative departure from the traditional co-branded solutions that have historically been offered throughout the travel and villa rental industry.

Rather than featuring both supplier and advisor branding, Rental Escapes’ white-labeled website allows for complete personalization, letting travel advisors and agencies showcase the company’s luxury villa rentals exclusively under their own brand name.

The flexible new platform gives travel advisors access to Rental Escapes’ portfolio of more than 5,000 vetted and inspected luxury villas across the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, the United States, and beyond. Advisors can personalize the site with their own logo, business information, and custom website URL, creating a seamless extension of their brand.

Clients interact only with the travel advisor’s brand and every inquiry generated through the website is delivered instantly to the travel advisor’s inbox. As with every Rental Escapes reservation, advisors have access to a dedicated Villa Specialist who provides expert destination and villa recommendations, answers questions, and supports them throughout the booking process, helping advisors match clients with the perfect villa.

The new white-labeled website is the newest addition to Rental Escapes’ “Keys to Success” program, an initiative designed to help travel advisors grow their businesses.

Key to Success also features monthly webinars, weekly “Wednesdays with Willie” sessions, marketing materials, ready-to-use emails, destination-specific digital magazines, and more.

“Every decision and investment we make as a company is focused on helping travel advisors strengthen their brand and grow their business,” Fernandez added. “For us, this announcement is about much more than a website. It’s yet another example of how deeply committed Rental Escapes is to the success of our partners.”

Travel advisors can visit RentalEscapes.com/white-label-website to register for their own website.
