Two luxury Ennismore brands are coming to Montego Bay, Jamaica, marking Accor’s first property in the country.
Accor and Ennismore have partnered with LCH Development Limited to build four towers that will include a 240-key luxury hotel, as well as 417 luxury residences and 12 private villas. The $450 million project will be part of The Pinnacle, a new upscale hospitality complex on Reading Peninsula in Montego Bay. The two specific Ennismore brands have not yet been announced.
“We’re excited to expand Ennismore’s presence in the Caribbean through this visionary project,” said Phil Zrihen, Head of Americas for Ennismore. “This partnership reflects our commitment to bringing culturally rich, lifestyle-driven hospitality to new destinations with the support of local partners who align with our values. This project reaffirms Ennismore’s commitment to growing in the Americas, a crucial growth focus for the group.”
Construction has already begun on the project’s first two towers. Guests of The Pinnacle properties will have access to private clubs, state-of-the-art wellness centers, global culinary experiences, and dedicated concierge. An opening date and further details on the hotel have yet to be released.
