Blue Diamond Resorts to Rebrand to Royalton Hotels and Resorts

Blue Diamond Resorts, the hotel and resort management company that includes Royalton Luxury Resorts, Planet Hollywood Hotels and Resorts, Mystique by Royalton, and more, is rebranding.

Effective immediately, Blue Diamond will be known as Royalton Hotels and Resorts, creating a new identity for all properties in its portfolio. The company, which made the announcement on Monday, said the change is more than just a name, but a recognition of the growth of the Royalton-branded properties. The company also said the move reinforces its position in the increasingly competitive all-inclusive space.

“This is more than a name change. It is a strategic alignment of our brand portfolio that highlights the strength and recognition of Royalton,” said Jordi Pelfort, president of Royalton Hotels & Resorts.

As part of the change, some of the sub-brands under the Royalton identity will be updated. This includes Hideaway at Royalton, which will now be referred to as Royalton Hideaway, A Resort Within a Resort; and Planet Hollywood Hotels & Resorts, which will become Planet Hollywood Hotels & Resorts by Royalton.

Other brands now under the Royalton umbrella are Royalton Luxury Resorts, Royalton CHIC Resorts, which is coming to Jamaica next year, Royalton Vessence Resorts Mystique by Royalton, and Grand Lido Negril.

Since 2020, the company has had a long-term agreement with Marriott International. Through this partnership, many of the now Royalton all-inclusive properties, have been operating as part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection.
