Caesars Palace has just unveiled two new luxury suite categories: the Colosseum Presidential Villas and the Octavius Sky Villas.
The iconic Las Vegas resort now has two new presidential villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 new sky villas in the Octavius Tower. Both grand accommodation types, now available to book, were designed by Peter Silling & Associates, who blended Caesars’ signature European artistry with modern tastes.
Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president of Caesars Entertainment, says the debuts “reflect our commitment to elevate the standard of luxury on the Las Vegas Strip.
“As we commemorate our 60th anniversary, we’re proud to unveil these extraordinary spaces, meticulously designed with thoughtful details to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.”
The Presidential Villas – one 8,060 square feet and the other 8,370 square feet – can be combined for a total of more than 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Each villa has its own 1,700-square-foot rooftop terrace, as well as a private elevator, formal dining room, an entertainment lounge, and double-sided glass fireplace.
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of the Strip skyline in each Presidential Villa. The modern residential, palace-style villas also feature brushed gold accents and soft lighting, plus dedicated butler service and elevated amenities.
The Sky Villas, located on the 68th and 69th floors, are anchored by a TV feature wall in the living room and also boast soaring ceiling, sculptural light structures, and curated art decor. Bold material contracts, such as marble and metal, velvet and leather, and crystal and stone, also make their mark on these luxury suites.
The new additions come as Cassars Palace plans for even more changes, including a new OMNIA Dayclub, a full renovation of 1,000 suites in the Augustus Tower, and a new VIP Check-in Lounge, all coming in 2026. And, in 2027, the resort will renovate more than 500 rooms in the Julius Tower and more than 1,200 in the Palace Tower.
