Hilton is expanding its apartment-style portfolio with the upcoming debut of Apartment Collection by Hilton in the first quarter of 2026.

In partnership with Placemakr, an established brand and management company for furnished apartment-style properties, Hilton will add about 3,000 new units to its approximate existing 10,000 in this sector. Initially, bookings will be available in several major U.S. cities, including New York, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, and Hilton expects even more significant growth in the next few years.

“Apartment Collection by Hilton represents the next chapter in Hilton’s growth story and the ways we are evolving to meet growing guest demand for this dynamic segment of hospitality,” said Chris Nassetta, president and CEO of Hilton. “With this new brand, we are continuing to pioneer the future of the hospitality industry, giving guests even more ways to choose Hilton for every stay, backed by our service and reliability.”

Properties in the Apartment Collection by Hilton will offer accommodations ranging from studios to 4-bedroom, furnished apartment-style suites. They will feature chef-ready kitchens, spacious separate living areas, and on-site laundry, as well as 24/7 on-site guest support. Buildings will typically have fitness centers and may also feature rooftop pools and terraces, communal gathering and workspaces, and on-site dining and retail.

The Apartment Collection by Hilton will be integrated into Hilton’s booking and loyalty systems, making for seamless stays for Hilton Honors members.
