South Carolina-based Luxury Simplified Retreats has joined Nocturne Luxury Villas’ collection of destination-forward villas companies throughout North America and the Caribbean.
Luxury Simplified Retreats spans a wide selection of properties across Charleston, Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, Kiawah Island, and Palmetto Bluff. As with all companies that join Nocturne, the villas will retain their brand identity and local experts.
“We are thoughtfully building Nocturne Luxury Villas around exceptional destinations, remarkable homes, and the local teams who know them best,” said Scott Wiseman, CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas. “Luxury Simplified Retreats brings all three to our collection. Their team has built an outstanding reputation by caring deeply for their homeowners, creating highly personalized experiences for guests and celebrating what makes the Lowcountry so special. This addition gives our guests even more distinctive ways to travel while making the entire Nocturne Luxury Villas Collection stronger.”
Chris and Sebrina Leigh-Jones founded Luxury Simplified Retreats in 2012 under a “dare to be different” philosophy, which they carry out with distinctive homes, thoughtful concierge service, and experiences designed around the character of each destination.
“Nocturne Luxury Villas shares those values and respects what makes our company special,” Sebrina said. “With its support, we can bring what we have built to more homeowners and guests while creating new opportunities for our team.”
Luxury Simplified Retreats joins Nocturne Luxury Villas’ nearly 1,600 villas in three countries, two international Caribbean islands, and four states – including beachfront, island, mountain, lakefront, and coastal homes. Earlier this year, Nocturne added Jayne’s Luxury Villas in Muskoka, marking its entry into Canada. The collection also includes Exceptional Stays in Telluride, WIMCO St. Barth Properties, Cabo Villas, Exclusive 30A along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Paradise Retreats in Santa Barbara, and Grand Cayman Villas & Condos.
