OUTRIGGER Appoints New Director of Group Sales

OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group has appointed Nathan Decker as its director of group sales. His new role became effective on March 2.
Decker has more than two decades of hospitality sales experience with past leadership positions at Grand Wailea Maui A Waldorf Astoria Resort, Auberge Resorts Collection, The St. Regis Princeville Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua.
“With his extensive industry expertise and proven track record in driving group sales performance, Decker will play a key role in advancing OUTRIGGER’s strategic growth initiatives across North America and beyond,” said Sean Dee, executive vice president and chief commercial officer.
In the new position, Decker will be pursuing new sales prospects while strengthening existing client relationships alongside OUTRIGGER’s properties – mostly in Hawaii with others in Thailand, Fiji, Mauritius, and the Maldives – and the company’s commercial business unit.
