The iconic Delano Miami Beach has reopened in the heart of South Beach. Now part of Ennismore, a joint venture with Accor, the hotel has been modernized with new art and design, amenities, and dining, while restoring some signature elements.
After a comprehensive renovation, the Delano Pool and gardens, which have long anchored the property, have been restored. The hotel’s beloved Rose Bar has also been reimagined and reopened.
Meanwhile, the hotel welcomes the U.S. debut of Paris Society, a Dubai- and Paris-based hospitality company, with the opening of two new restaurants: Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi. Gigi Rigolatto is an Italian restaurant with indoor, poolside, and beachfront seating, and Mimi Kakushi offers a blend of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine in a 1920s Osaka-inspired setting.
Food and beverage options also include The Bellini Bar, for oceanfront dining and cocktails, and Café Delano, a European-style spot for light bites and coffee.
Delano Miami Beach features 171 guestrooms and suites, all with curved architecture and expansive windows for optimal ocean views and natural light. The top accommodations are the Poolside Bungalows and Penthouse Suites.
Soon, the property will also offer The Source by Delano, a holistic spa and wellness facility that will also integrate social events, anchored by a 22-seat sauna and set to open this fall.
