RIU Launches New App for Travel Advisor Loyalty Members

RIU has just launched a mobile app for its RIU Partner Club, the hotel and resort operator’s travel agent loyalty program.
Travel advisors can download the app on the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android. The app aims to allow agents to track their bookings and reward points seamlessly. In a news announcement, RIU said the new app was designed for “booking agility, total real-time control, and benefit management.”
“This strategic launch aims to further digitalize the program with a user-centric approach and strengthen the chain’s relationship with one of its most valued segments: travel agents,” the announcement reads.
The RIU Partner Club has assisted retail travel agencies with RIU bookings for 30 years and has 100,000 active members in 139 countries. RIU has 101 hotels in 22 countries, 74% of them offering the All Inclusive by RIU service. While best known for its all-inclusive resorts, the company also began operating city hotels in 2010.
