Sandals Offers Film-Themed Promotions Celebrating New Flight to Ocho Rios

The first-ever commercial flight from the United States to Ocho Rios, Jamaica landed on Feb. 24. To celebrate and promote the new service, Sandals and Beaches Resorts have introduced a new Hollywood film-inspired promotion, “Love and Let Fly,” for those staying at their participating all-inclusive resorts in Jamaica. 

American Airlines now has a twice-weekly route on Wednesdays and Saturdays aboard a 76-passenger E175 jet between Miami International Airport and Ian Fleming International Airport in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, whose beaches have been the sites of the beloved James Bond films.

The 007-inspired promotions 
Sandals and Beaches’ “Love and Let Fly” promotions offers a complimentary Island Routes tour to travelers staying at some of their Jamaican resorts. 

For those staying at participating Sandals Resorts in Ocho Rios, Sandals is offering a complimentary Island Routes Powerboat Adventure tour, an all-day excursion that takes guests to Laughing Waters beach, where part of the James Bond movie was filmed. 

For those staying at Beaches Resort Ocho Rios, Beaches is offering a complimentary Island Routes Dunn’s River Catamaran Cruise, which includes snorkeling and a visit to Dunn’s River Falls, another site featured in the film
