Travel insurance leader Allianz Partners USA announced today the appointment of Shannon Lofdahl as vice president and head of field sales.

In her new role, the executive will lead the Travel Markets Field Sales Team to support partners in the retail travel advisor and wholesale cruise and tour markets. This includes supporting Allianz Partners’ outstanding field sales team who work with partners in both the U.S. and Canada.

Lofdahl brings to the role 25+ years of executive leadership experience. She joins from TravMark, where she served as managing director. She spent most of her career at travel insurance and travel assistance company Travelex Insurance Services from 1996 to 2024, working her way up from the call center to the executive vice president position in 2016, eventually being named CEO in 2020.
