Apple Leisure Group CEO Alex Zozaya Dumps on Trump

October 28, 2015

On the eve of the Republican Presidential debates, Apple Leisure Group CEO Alex Zozaya took the opportunity of the Ensemble Travel Group’s annual conference in Orlando to do a little Trump bashing.

Noting that about 50% of Apple Leisure Group’s business is in Mexico, Zozaya said the group decided to boycott Trump properties over derogatory remarks Donald Trump had made about Mexican immigrants.

“I’m certainly not going to vote for him,” Zozaya said. “We won’t do anything to support this man because he is very divisive, and that’s the last thing we need. If he wins I won’t be able to go back to my country.”

Still, Zozaya said he is “happy [Turmp] is running, because he is very, very entertaining.”
