Tailor-made tour operator Audley Travel has appointed Justin Roland-Bramkamp as its first U.S. Regional Sales Director.
The announcement is the first of four planned field sales roles for the U.S. within Audley’s Trade & Partnerships Department, created to increase visibility among U.S. travel advisors while providing stronger regional support for agency partners.
In his new role, Roland-Bramkamp will partner with travel agencies throughout the southern U.S. region to introduce advisors to Audley’s bespoke travel services and provide support in presenting these tailored journeys to their clients.
The Florida-based travel professional brings to the role more than 20 years of experience. He joins from Atlas Ocean Voyages, where he served as sales support manager. His career has spanned both supplier and travel agency positions, and he’s held key sales roles with brands such as Celebrity Cruises, Azamara Club Cruises, Cruise Planners, and Dream Vacations.
“[Justin’s] expertise and passion for advisor collaboration, as well as his great contacts, will play an important part in helping Audley expand its presence and impact within the US market, and I’m delighted to welcome him to the team,” said Cathy Kusuma Bennis, vice president/head of trade sales & partnerships, North America, at Audley Travel.
Roland-Bramkamp stepped into the role on Aug. 25, 2025. Three further field sales appointments across the U.S. will be filled soon.
“It’s a really exciting time to join Audley Travel, as the business further develops its trade activity,” said Roland-Bramkamp. “I’m excited to work with Cathy and the rest of the Trade & Partnerships team to introduce the incredible range of experiences and accommodations to more advisors, enabling them to create incredible tailor-made vacations for clients.”
