Collette has released its latest Explorations brochure, showcasing premium small-group tours across seven continents, including new itineraries in Sardinia and Corsica, Tuscany, Madrid and Barcelona.
The collection is designed for travellers seeking a more immersive experience, combining distinctive accommodations, local culture and authentic experiences with the convenience of guided travel.
For travel advisors, the brochure offers a resource for matching clients with journeys that go beyond traditional sightseeing, with an emphasis on cuisine, history, community and meaningful local connections.
“Explorations gives travel advisors a premium product for clients who want to see the world in a more intimate and immersive way,” said Diana Ditto, VP of growth strategy and product marketing, in a press release. “Advisors understand what matters most to their clients, and that expertise is essential to matching them with the right journey. Explorations allow advisors to deliver those meaningful experiences, supported by Collette’s expert planning and industry leading support.”
Selling Experiences, Not Just Destinations
Collette says the small-group format allows travellers to connect more closely with the destinations they visit, while giving advisors new ways to position guided tours to clients.
Rather than focusing solely on destinations and sightseeing highlights, advisors can build conversations around what clients want to do, taste and experience.
The collection also takes the complexity out of planning multi-stop journeys, bringing together local experiences, distinctive accommodations and curated itineraries in one package.
Collette says Explorations can appeal to both seasoned travellers looking to rediscover familiar destinations and first-time visitors seeking a more personal introduction to a new place.
“Travel advisors bring tremendous value because they understand not just where their clients want to go, but how they want to experience a destination,” added Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, president and CEO of Collette. “Explorations gives our advisor partners another way to turn that knowledge into a premium journey that feels personal, meaningful, and memorable.”
