Goway Unveils Major Overhaul: New Website and First-Ever Rebrand
by Daniel McCarthy /Goway, the family-owned tailored made tour operator revealed a couple of major changes this week.
The first is a new website that it says will better empower its advisor partners to sell its products, with a better user experience, an updated directory of all its 1,000 itineraries, destination travel guides, and videos and imagery. The website replaces the old website that was partly designed by its founder and president, Bruce Hodge.
“In the past, my father and Goway’s Founder and President, Bruce Hodge, personally wrote hundreds of our webpages, pouring his personal knowledge and passion for travel into the very expression of our company,” Adam Hodge, Goway’s Senior VP said.
The new website also includes an updated advisor-portal at GowayPro.com. There, advisors can find info on incentives, FAMs, and all of Goway’s trade content, including the GowayPro Travel Tales podcast and the GowayPro Travel Academy education program.
The second major change is a total rebrand, the first in the company’s 54-year history, that features a brand new logo that is a major change from Goway’s old branding:
According to Mitchell Fawcett, the vice president of marketing at Goway, the new brand was designed to capture the forward-thinking spirit of Goway, while also honoring that five-decade-plus history.
It was a privilege to guide the rebranding of a travel company with such a legacy,” she said. “Our new brand is all about honoring our rich 54-year history while defining a contemporary look that reflects Goway’s ambitious and exciting future.”
Goway also added that advisors can expect more news as the company gears up for its 55th anniversary next year.
