ALG Vacations has now opened nominations for its 2026 Kindness events, which will host 80 travel advisors at the Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun.

The two events, Kindness Conference and Kindness Connection, will return July 13 to 17, 2026. This is the second year the annual event will be held in the dual-gathering format, welcoming both emerging professionals and seasoned leaders.

The Kindness Events were developed as a space for travel advisors to access networking, professional development, site inspections, and immersive experiences. Part of ALGV’s mission to promote kindness, both events will feature a keynote session with a celebrity guest speaker, which will be announced at a later date.

Nominations are open through Jan 30, 2026, and can be submitted online via this link. Advisors are encouraged to nominate a colleague, mentor, or themselves.

Selected participants will be notified in the weeks following the close of nominations.

The Kindness Conference will host 40 travel advisors under the age of 40, selected based on their service, innovation, and demonstrated commitment to “kindness in action.” Designed to foster emerging leaders, the event will focus on programming geared toward strengthening leadership skills, encouraging collaboration, and translating thought to action on a community level.

The Kindness Connection is designed for more experienced professionals from the travel industry. This even welcomes 40 advisors who have proven themselves to be leaders in their field. Created for established advisors seeking deeper conversation, meaningful connection, and fresh perspective, the program features workshops and collaborative sessions focused on reflection, growth, and peer-to-peer learning.

“Through our Kindness Events, we’re recognizing advisors who lead with purpose and elevate those around them,” said Jacki Marks, global head of trade brands. “Kindness is at the heart of everything we do, and kindness carries on by empowering advisors who are strengthening our industry, enriching their communities, and making a meaningful impact on the destinations they send travelers to. Supporting them is one of the most important investments we can make.”
