ALG Vacations Launches New Travel Advisor Portal for Performance Tracking

ALG Vacations (ALGV) has just launched a new travel advisor portal focused on tracking performance to drive business growth. 

The portal provides real-time sales insights and data in a centralized location, so advisors can identify booking trends and ultimately optimize their growth. It also allows advisors to check the status of reservation support requests so they can manage bookings more efficiently. 

“This is about giving advisors and agency owners the visibility and control they need to run their business more effectively, and with real-time data,” said Jim Tedesco, vice president of sales at ALGV. “The Advisor Portal brings everything together in one place — from performance tracking to support tools — giving teams deeper insights to better focus and measure their selling efforts. For agencies, the portal has Site Manager and Agency Owner settings, so agency owners can get a full picture of sales across their organization and manage which advisors can view these insights. It also helps agencies track their progress toward earning Elite status. 

These tools add to the existing resources on ALGV’s VAX VacationAccess.  

ALGV’s new portal is now accessible via the ALGVacations.com header navigation. Throughout May, ALGV will host dedicated training webinars for both agency owners and travel advisors to learn more about using the new portal.
