American Marketing Group Relaunches OnLocation Program

American Marketing Group (AMG), the parent company of TRAVELSAVERS, NEST, and the Affluent Traveler Collection, has officially relaunched its OnLocation program.

The program allows advisors to offer clients more authentic, personalized, and immersive experiences in 65 countries through partnerships with local destination management organizations (DMOs).

AMG has vetted and partnered with 33 DMOs to bring the offering to its advisors. The partners, AMG says, provide an “extension of an advisor’s service” with teams on the ground that offer round-the-clock care for clients. Aside from its offerings, AMG also aimed to guarantee a level of service from the partners—each of the partners is required to respond to advisor requests within 48 hours.

The program is not a replacement of the existing preferred partner program, instead, it’s a complement, with experiences like a private viewing of the Sistine Chapel or an intimate cooking class in the home of a local chef offered.

“The OnLocation program allows our advisors to become destination experts without ever leaving their desks,” said Chief Marketing Officer Nicole Mazza.

“With extensive knowledge of their locales and networks of contacts, OnLocation companies can be a powerful partner to advisors in creating unique experiences personalized for each traveler. Access to this wealth of expertise, knowledge and advice is now at the fingertips of each one of our advisors.”

In particular, AMG said the program will help advisors continue to service clients even during what is expected to be a record summer travel season.

“When the world opened up again, people wanted to make up for lost time by enjoying the most incredible experiences they could find all over the world,” said Cece Drummond, Vice President, Supplier Relations.

AMG is launching a suite of new tools and resources for advisors to get more familiar with the program, including a directory with information on each partner and a best practice for productive partnerships guide.

Travel Market Report is one of American Market Group’s (AMG) 19 brands.
