ASTA Mentorship Program to Expand at Upcoming Conference

The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) will launch new facets of the ASTA Mentorship Program during its upcoming ASTA Travel Advisor Conference in San Diego May 27-29.

To complement its one-on-one program, ASTA will host new mentoring-focused roundtables and a mentoring course at the conference this year. This initiative aims to bring more advisors together for community and shared learning opportunities.

“Mentorship is one of the most powerful ways we can support the next generation of travel advisors while also helping experienced advisors continue to grow,” said ASTA President and CEO Zane Kerby. “This program is about meeting advisors where they are, helping them build confidence and giving them access to the kind of insight that can make a lasting difference in their careers.”

The ASTA Mentorship Program runs annually, pairing seasoned travel advisors with those who are either new to industry or looking to scale an established business. It launched about three years ago, saw immediate growth and expansion, and is now starting its fourth round of mentors.
