Ensemble Expands Technology Offerings with New Partnerships

Ensemble has expanded its technology ecosystem with the addition of three new partnerships: Tern, Travefy, and Travel Industry.
The new partners reflect Ensemble’s commitment to providing members with technology designed to streamline operations, enhance client service, integrate easily into systems, reduce administrative burdens, and drive greater profitability.
They build on Ensemble’s growing portfolio of advisor-focused technology solutions, creating a comprehensive suite of tools that support every aspect of a travel business from booking and itinerary management to marketing and lead generation to legal compliance and financial operations.

The newest additions to Ensemble’s technology ecosystem address several critical operational needs facing advisors and agencies today.
- Tern is an all-in-one platform that consolidates multiple functions such as itinerary creation, CRM, and commission tracking into one solution to help advisors replace fragmented systems and streamline day-to-day operations.
- Travefy is the platform travel professionals use to run and grow their business. More than just an itinerary builder, Travefy is a connected platform that brings together the tools advisors need to create trips, manage client relationships, market their business, and streamline their back office.
- Travel Industry Solutions (TIS) offers a suite of specialized business services designed exclusively for travel professionals that include contracts and waivers, automated website policy updates, fraud prevention tools, secure e-signature workflows, payment authorization systems, and bookkeeping and tax preparation services tailored specifically to the travel industry.
At the center of Ensemble’s technology offering is ADX (Agent Digital Experience), a proprietary all-in-one booking platform that enables members to book air, hotels, insurance, and other travel components while providing competitive industry margins, simplified workflows, and the ability to package multiple trip elements into a single itinerary.
More recently, Ensemble expanded its marketing capabilities through the introduction of Rallio, a social media management and marketing platform that provides members with ready-to-use content, automated scheduling capabilities, and tools to help maintain a consistent presence across channels including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Ensemble has also invested in a growing suite of consumer-facing technologies designed to help members strengthen their digital presence, generate leads and create seamless online experiences for travelers. These include ClientSites, a comprehensive website publishing platform that can help create visually compelling, content-rich websites;Revelex, which enables travelers to search, compare, and book cruise itineraries directly through member websites, andSoftvoyage, available to Canadian members, which allows travelers to browse and book packaged vacations online.
