Global Travel Collection (GTC) has appointed and promoted three industry leaders – Bronwyn McKindley, Pam Palay, and Adam Ottmar – to its Advisor Success team. All will report to Simon Brooks, senior vice president of advisor success.
“These appointments send a clear message to our advisors: we are investing in you,” said Angie Licea, president of Global Travel Collection. “Across luxury leisure, corporate and entertainment, we are strengthening our leadership team to deliver the support and opportunities our advisors need to succeed.”
Bronwyn McKindley joins Global Travel Collection as vice president, advisor success – leisure. In this role, she will focus on advancing advisor success across GTC’s luxury leisure portfolio, strengthening strategic partner relationships, enhancing service delivery and supporting consistent, high-quality experiences for advisors serving luxury leisure, corporate and entertainment clients.
She brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience across luxury river cruising, tour operations, airline consolidators and wholesale travel organizations. Most recently, she served as vice president, reservations and trade support at AmaWaterways.
Pam Palay has been promoted to vice president, advisor success and business travel for GTC, following her tenure as advisor success director. In her expanded role, she will lead the corporate travel strategy for GTC’s independent contractors, driving advisor growth, engagement and retention across the corporate segment.
Palay will oversee regional leadership teams supporting corporate advisors, develop strategic growth plans, enhance account management and consulting structures, and strengthen advisor engagement through community development, events and training.
Adam Ottmar has been promoted to vice president of entertainment for GTC, following his tenure as director of events for Internova’s ALTOUR division. In this role, he will focus on strengthening GTC’s Entertainment division, introducing elevated tools and resources and positioning GTC as the preferred global partner to the entertainment industry.
Ottmar brings more than 25 years of experience across the entertainment and luxury travel sectors, with deep expertise in managing complex, high-profile entertainment travel. His background includes work as both a high-volume entertainment travel operator and a producer and director of award shows, films and major film festivals, as well as managing prominent entertainment accounts at D&D Travel Group in Los Angeles.
“These leaders share one mission: empowering advisors to do their best work at the highest level,” Licea added. “As our advisors grow, so does our commitment to delivering the most sophisticated platform, partnerships and leadership in travel.”
