The entirety of the user experience has been considered and transformed during months of carefully conceptualized development. Improved site navigation will allow travel advisors to quickly find everything they need. ALG Vacations® promotions, programs, policies, and products have been reorganized and their content enhanced for ease of use. From information on Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights and Amstar™ DMC tours to advisor benefits like the WAVES® Rewards Program and Elite Accounts to Travel Protection Plus inclusions, all the details are just a few clicks away. Total mobile optimization for long hours spent working on your phone or tablet offers even more convenience.
Providing single-sign-on functionality for advisors, with the launch of the revamped ALGVacations.com, you’ll now be able to access and book all six ALGV brands in one go. Whether you’re booking Apple Vacations or Funjet Vacations, Travel Impressions or Southwest Vacations®, Blue Sky Tours or United Vacations®, it can all be done without ever leaving ALGVacations.com. Getting to the brand sites themselves is simple too; just head to the main navigation menu and select your preferred brand.
Of course, finding ALGV’s external resources will be easier than ever. Quick links to ALGV360°, Travelogue, TravelBlogue, and the WAVES®—and WAVEMAKER®—dashboard ensure all of your ALG Vacations resources truly are in one place. A full calendar of Know. Grow. GO! webinars will guide advisors through navigating each portion of the site, as well as ALGV’s top tips and recommendations for getting the answers you need faster than ever.

Already available to use, a new customer relationship technology (CRM) has also been put into place. Travel advisors can now enjoy a seamless email or chat interaction with ALGV’s Contact Center for their FIT booking needs. Every request received via the CRM will receive its own ticket number for ease of tracking and faster resolution (and escalation, if required). To submit a request, advisors can go to any of the ALGV brand sites—and soon, the new ALGVacations.com—click on the “Need Support?” banner, and either Click to Chat or Click to Email.
With this new technology, advisors can expect the same great chat experience, but with their agency profile information automatically captured for more personalized service. Email requests have seen even more improvements. Rather than composing a free-form email, advisors who Click to Email now simply complete a form that will pop up in a new window, which also pulls their profile information, saving time and increasing efficiency.
Future enhancements include a mobile-friendly Click to Call feature, offering yet another way to get in touch—and get resolution—quicker.
