The AmaWaterways River Cruise Specialist program helps agents identify potential river cruise clients, matching travel itineraries to key target market, as well as provide sales support and marketing. The course covers AmaWaterways fleet of custom-designed river cruise ships, on-board amenities and its one-of-a-kind destinations. 

Graduates will receive a downloadable diploma and a congratulatory letter, two Continuing Education Units (CEUs), access to AmaWaterways rewards program and fam trip opportunities. A $50 reloadable AmaWaterways prepaid MasterCard will also be given to agents, which can be used towards a booking made within three months of course completion.
