Disney Adds Two New Agent Training Courses

A new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge training course has been added to College of Disney Knowledge just in time for the land’s opening at Walt Disney World on Aug. 29.

The updated course features video content for both Disneyland (where the land has been open since May 31) and Walt Disney World Resorts. It covers what advisor’s need to know about Disney’s largest single-themed land expansion, including the debut of the Rise of the Resistance attraction, which opens at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida on Dec. 5 and Disneyland Resort on Jan. 17, 2020.

An updated six-lesson Adventures by Disney Basics course is also available. It has been revised to provide a basic overview of the product with effective selling tips.
