Experiencing a product first-hand is often cited as the No. 1 tool for travel advisors to increase their sales and broaden their knowledge. Designed with this in mind, Disney Destinations regularly offers in-person educational experiences and site inspections. Tours last approximately four to six hours, allowing travel professionals time to visit Disney Theme Parks or explore on their own.

Here’s a lineup of on-site travel agent programs in 2020, with exact dates to be post on disneytravelagents.com closer to the end of the year.

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels Site Tour (monthly): This comprehensive site inspection includes one Value, one Moderate, and one Deluxe Disney Resort hotel, as well as public areas, pools, room inspections and villas (subject to availability).

Walt Disney World – More Great Accommodations Collection Site Tour (monthly): This training experience includes tours of Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, Walt Disney World Gateway Hotels, as well as on-site deluxe style accommodations (subject to availability).

Disneyland Resort Hotels Site Tour (every other month): Tour all three Disneyland Resort Hotels, as well as public areas, pools, room inspections, and villas (subject to availability).

Disney Cruise Line Ship Tour at Port Canaveral, Florida (monthly): Join an onboard tour of staterooms, youth clubs, theater, spa, dining locations, pools, nightclubs, lounges, and more. Participants earn required credits towards the Cruise Counsellor Certification.

On-Site Agent Education Programs (ongoing): Participants are selected and invited by their Disney District Sales Managers. These multi-day experiences offer agents the opportunity to develop sales skills and techniques while experiencing select Disney Destinations products first-hand.

Qualified agents can register for the events online at disneytravelagents.com.
