As many travel advisors will tell you, the best way to sell something is to experience it firsthand. With a product as expansive as Disney – its theme parks, on-site hotels, and cruise line – there’s always something new to learn and know about to relay back to your clients.

With this in mind, Disney Destinations offers in-person educational experiences and site inspections designed to help their agent partners increase their sales and broaden their knowledge. These tours last approximately four to six hours, giving advisors time to visit Disney Theme Parks or explore on their own.

Here’s a lineup of on-site travel agent programs in 2019. Exact dates will be posted on disneytravelagents.com closer to the end of the year.

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels Site Tour (monthly): This comprehensive site inspection includes one Value, one Moderate and one Deluxe Disney Resort hotel as well as public areas, pools, room inspections and villas (subject to availability).

Walt Disney World – More Great Accommodations Collection Site Tour (monthly): This training experience includes tours of Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, Walt Disney World Gateway Hotels, as well as on-site deluxe style accommodations (subject to availability).

Disneyland Resort Hotels Site Tour (every other month): Tour all three Disneyland Resort Hotels as well as public areas, pools, room inspections and villas (subject to availability).

Disney Cruise Line Ship Tour at Port Canaveral, Fla. (monthly) – Join an onboard tour of staterooms, youth clubs, theater, spa, dining locations, pools, nightclubs, lounges and more. Participants earn required credits toward the Cruise Counselor Certification.

On-site Agent Education Programs (ongoing): Participants are selected and invited by their Disney District Sales Managers. These multi-day experiences offer agents the opportunity to develop sales skills and techniques while experiencing select Disney Destinations products firsthand.
