Delta Air Lines Adds New Direct to Amsterdam from Tampa
by Daniel McCarthy /Delta Air Lines is boosting serving into Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS), adding a new daily direct from Tampa International Airport (TPA) starting this fall.
The service will start on Oct. 26 and run through at least March 29, 2025. It will be the first time Delta has offered direct service connecting the two cities since 2019.
The flight will leave Tampa at 7:55 p.m. EST each evening, arriving at 10:45 a.m. local time the next morning. The flight will return from Amsterdam at 12:35 p.m. local time, arriving back in Tampa at 4:55 p.m. EST.
Delta will fly the service on a 282-seat Airbus A330-300, which features Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Comfort+, and Economy cabins. From Schiphol, guests will be able to connect to 100 other European cities, along with Delhi, Mumbai, and Dubai, via Delta’s codeshare with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, including
