Delta Air Lines will not fly to or from Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv (TLV) until April 20, 2024.

Delta said this week that it is extending its cancellations to and from Ben Gurion because of the ongoing conflict in the region. Delta had originally suspended flights on Oct. 7, 2023.

“Delta is continuously monitoring the security environment in Israel to inform cancellations to our flight schedule to and from Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv (TLV). Our hearts are with all who are impacted as our people work to find safe alternatives for customers,” Delta said in a statement this week.

Delta’s only route on sale was from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Ben Gurion. Service from Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL) in Atlanta and Boston Logan International (BOS) have been suspended since October without sales and remain suspended through April 30.

Delta did not say when or if the service will return. It said it is “continuously monitoring the rapidly evolving security environment and assessing our operations based on security guidance and intelligence reports, including the most recent U.S. State Department travel advisory.”
