There’s a new kid on the block in Turks & Caicos – “the block” being one of the world’s nicest beaches, Grace Bay.

IHG Hotels & Resorts will make its debut in the highly popular Caribbean destination with three new hotels in close proximity to one another on Grace Bay Beach. The InterContinental, Kimpton, and Hotel Indigo brands all have Turks & Caicos properties in the works.

“As we expand IHG Hotels & Resorts’ luxury and lifestyle presence across the Americas, we’re doing so with thoughtful intention,” said Paul Adan, regional SVP of development, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean, for IHG Hotels & Resorts. “Turks & Caicos is one of the Caribbean’s most spectacular destinations, and we’re excited to mark the company’s much-anticipated debut there.”

The new hotels are slated to open in 2027. Here is what each of them will have to offer.

InterContinental Turks & Caicos
This new-build, seven-story property will have 59 spacious suites with panoramic ocean views. It will also offer a ground floor restaurant and bar, fitness center, outdoor pool, and signature Club InterContinental lounge.

Kimpton Turks & Caicos
Another new build, Kimpton Turks & Caicos will offer 192 luxury rooms, three outdoor pools, a spa, and a fitness center, as well as seven dining options: a beachfront restaurant, rooftop bar, poolside bars, coffee and ice cream parlor, juice bar, and ground floor restaurant and lobby bar.

Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos
One new building and two existing, completely renovated structures will comprise Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos. The resort will have 56 rooms, a lobby bar, coffee shop, and restaurant, an outdoor pool, and a fitness room.
