Chile’s SKY Airline Expands Canadian Presence with Discover the World

Chilean carrier SKY Airline has engaged representation company Discover the World in the Canadian market to support the airline’s commercial objectives, enhance brand visibility and increase connectivity options between Canada and Latin America.

Through the partnership, Discover the World will provide sales, marketing and distribution support across Canada, working closely with travel trade partners.

“Our team is focused on expanding SKY’s growth and visibility in the Canadian market by increasing awareness of the airline with Canadian travel trade partners which will facilitate broader access for Canadian travellers to destinations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay,” says Justin Gosling, Discover the World’s Director, Canada.

SKY Airline is a Chilean low-cost airline with more than 25 years of history and presence in 7 countries in the Americas. It operates domestically and internationally from its subsidiaries in Chile and Peru, carrying more than 80 million passengers to date.

The carrier is the only airline in South America operating a 100% Airbus A320neo and A321neo fleet. This modern and fuel-efficient fleet has enabled the airline to reduce its CO₂ emissions per seat by approximately 30% since 2018.

SKY Airline has established partnerships with major carriers to improve connectivity between North America and its network. These agreements enable seamless itineraries via key gateways in Santiago and Lima, providing passengers with streamlined access to multiple destinations across the region.
