Oasis Hotels Streamlines Agent Training Program, Adds Benefits

December 21, 2016

Mexico-based Oasis Hotels & Resorts streamlined its training program, as part of an upgrade to its dedicated agent platform, OasisConnect. The certification program provides a comprehensive overview of Oasis properties, allowing agents can feel confident selling to clients and generate repeat bookings.

The enhancement also improved rewards, now offering higher commissions, perks for group bookings and special year-round rates for fam trips. Agents can also access marketing resources like brochures, resort fact sheets, videos and customizable flyers.

Earlier this year, Oasis refurbished its 10 properties across Cancun and Tulum, differentiating each resort and implementing innovative culinary programming. It seperated properties into segments: entertainment resorts (The Pyramid at Grand Oasis, Grand Oasis Cancun, Oasis Cancun Lite), romance resorts (Grand Oasis Sens, Grand Oasis Tulum, Oasis Tulum Lite), family resorts (Grand Oasis Palm, Oasis Palm) and city hotels (Oh! The Urban Oasis, and Smart Cancun by Oasis).

Oasis is inviting travel advisors to visit Grand Oasis Cancun, Grand Oasis Sens, Grand Oasis Palm and Grand Oasis Tulum for free in order to experience those improvements first-hand. Agents can stay for three complimentary nights at the resort of their choice, and are asked to complete one site inspection at their resort and a site visit at a second property. Those staying four or five nights can stay at two resorts of their choice and will be asked to complete three site inspections. The complimentary visits are bookable for stays between Jan. 2 – 31, 2017 or April 17 – June 30, 2017.
