Larry Shack has joined Flair Airlines as VP Airports.
Flair Airlines has announced the appointment of Larry Shack as Vice President, Airports. He brings more than four decades of experience across airline and airport operations, including senior leadership roles at Toronto Pearson International Airport, Skyservice Airlines, and Worldwide Flight Services.
Flair says the hire reinforces its focus on “reliable, disciplined execution for Canadians.”
Most recently, Shack led airside ground operations strategy and programs at Toronto Pearson International Airport, overseeing standards, licensing, and coordination across one of North America’s most complex airport environments.
Over the course of his career, he has focused on strengthening how airport and airline teams operate together on the ground, driving consistency, accountability, and safe, reliable execution.
“Airports are where the operation comes to life,” said Len Corrado, Chief Executive Officer of Flair Airlines. “Larry understands that at a very practical level. He knows how to bring teams together, set clear expectations, and deliver consistently. As we continue to strengthen reliability across our network, his experience will help us take the next step forward.”
As Vice President, Airports, Shack will lead Flair’s airport operations across its growing network, with a focus on performance, coordination, and disciplined execution across all airport touchpoints.
“I’m truly honoured to join Flair as the airline continues to build significant strategic momentum,” said Shack. “The focus on building a reliable, collaborative and disciplined operation creates an exciting opportunity for me to work alongside a strong team that is driven towards success.”
