Tauck is rolling out the welcome mat for solo travellers, unveiling special 2026 savings that significantly reduce — and in many cases completely eliminate — the single supplement across a selection of river cruises and guided land journeys worldwide.

On Europe’s rivers, Tauck will waive the single supplement on all Category 1 riverboat cabins on every departure of each of its European river cruise itineraries — more than 250 departures in total in 2026. These solo-friendly sailings will also include a new itinerary, Bordeaux, Paris & The Seine, sailing aboard the newly launched ms Serene. In addition, Tauck will reduce the single supplement by $1,000 on select European river cruise departures in higher cabin categories, typically Categories 4 and 5.

Solo travellers booking Tauck land journeys will also benefit from meaningful savings in 2026, with single supplements reduced by up to $600 on 105 departures across 37 itineraries spanning North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.

In North America, Tauck will reduce the single supplement by up to $300 on 34 departures of 12 itineraries, including journeys through iconic national parks, cultural capitals and scenic regions across the U.S. and Canada. Highlights include the newly introduced A Week in… Nova Scotia, offering travellers an in-depth look at one of Canada’s most picturesque provinces.

European land itineraries will see single supplement savings of up to $400 on 52 departures of 18 itineraries, with destinations ranging from Italy and France to Spain, Great Britain, Scandinavia and Central Europe. Elsewhere, Tauck will offer its highest single supplement savings — up to $600 — on seven departures of seven global journeys in Asia, Africa and Latin America, underscoring the company’s commitment to making once-in-a-lifetime destinations more accessible for solo travellers.

“For many solo travelers, the true value of traveling with Tauck is the sense of ease, confidence and connection they feel from the very beginning,” said Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh.

“Our guests love knowing that every detail is thoughtfully taken care of — from hotel and restaurant reservations to sightseeing and transportation— and they consistently tell us how supported and welcomed they feel, whether it’s through the expertise of our Tauck Directors or the camaraderie that naturally develops within the group. It allows them to relax, explore and fully immerse themselves in the journey.”
