New G Adventures 2025 Itineraries for 18-Thirtysomethings

by Marsha Mowers  February 25, 2025
New G Adventures 2025 Itineraries for 18-Thirtysomethings

Once your clients have experienced a G trip, they’re likely to return.

G Adventures has added 30 new itineraries to its 18-Thirtysomethings trips that include rafting in Bosnia, hiking with shepherds in Albania and learning entrepreneurship with female small business female in Pakistan.  Bookings are available now for travel that starts in 2025.

The itineraries join the authentic experiences the 18-Thirtysomethings groups are known for, with each offering the one-of-a-kind experiences that is G’s signature style.  The collection now has more than 160 transformative trips, with more to come later this year.

All are geared towards younger, cost-conscious travellers who crave authentic interactions, social-worthy content and off-the-beaten path destinations, while treading the fine line of feeling independent but also connecting with fellow travellers.

SOUTH KOREA

Sleeping in a traditional hanok (homestay) and spending time with Jeju island’s 80-year-old women divers

For 18-to-Thirtysomething, living like a local is high on the priority list, and a homestay in a traditional hanok, a historic Korean house, gives an amazing insight into history and culture, all in one cosy overnight slumber. Then there’s time watching the haenyeo – the legendary women divers of Jeju island, some of whom are over 80 years old – as they dive beneath the water’s surface, holding their breath for three minutes at a time, to collect molluscs and other shellfish. It’s an awe-inspiring spectacle on a trip packed with ‘see it to believe it’ moments.

The adventure: Korea to Japan: Epic Eats & Bright City Lights

Elsewhere, in Rotura, New Zealand, the group will meet a local Māori guide in the Te Puia thermal valley, one of the world’s most impressive geothermal wonderlands. The otherworldly karst formations inspired the setting for Hollywood blockbuster Avatar, and this 18-to-Thirtysomethings trip is the only G Adventure to head there. Then there’s the chance to take on the Huairou County section of the Great Wall – with brag-worthy pictures from the 22 towers. One minute the group’s screeching as they sandboard down golden dues as the sky turns pink, the next they’re catching their first waves and tumbling into the ocean, before resting weary limbs and reminiscing about the days gone by over a beach bonfire.
