Tauck Launches 2027 Global Journeys and Safaris

Tauck Launches 2027 Global Journeys and Safaris

Tauck has announced that bookings are now open for its full 2027 Global Journeys & Safaris collection, which includes land tours, safaris, river cruises, and small ship ocean journeys.

Following the momentum of its 25th anniversary of African safaris in 2026, Tauck continues to expand its portfolio of shorter-format itineraries—a strategy the company says has proven especially appealing to both first-time Tauck guests and loyal repeat travellers.

“Twenty-five years of our safari journeys in Africa represents something special—the deep partnerships we’ve built with conservation organizations, local communities, and the incredible guides who bring these landscapes to life,” said Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh.

“Through Tauck’s Impact efforts, we’re supporting the people, wildlife, and landscapes that make these journeys extraordinary. To see our guests embrace this way of traveling—both in Africa and across the world—is deeply meaningful, and it reinforces why this work matters so much.”

New for 2026:

Spotlight on South Africa and Victoria Falls a nine-day journey beginning with three nights in Cape Town and experiences including Table Mountain and Cape Point, followed by three nights of game drives in the Greater Kruger Area at Kapama River Lodge. The journey concludes with two nights at Victoria Falls, including visits to the Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust clinic and an elephant encounter experience.

Tanzania: Serengeti to Zanzibar is a 10-day immersive expedition from Arusha to Zanzibar through Tanzania’s most spectacular game-viewing regions. Guests experience Tarangire National Park’s elephant herds, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for close wildlife encounters, and spend three nights in the Serengeti.

Tanzania: A Grand Family Safari is a 10-day Tauck Bridges journey, a multi-generational adventure designed for travelers of all ages to experience East Africa together. The itinerary features experiences like a hot air balloon flight over the Serengeti Plains at sunrise and meaningful visits to local schools where children connect across cultures through play and shared stories.

Beyond Africa, Tauck is extending its shorter-format strategy across its global journeys portfolio, including Spotlight on Australia, a 10-day itinerary that highlights Melbourne’s vibrant cultural scene, the spiritual heart of Uluru, the kaleidoscopic wonders of the Great Barrier Reef, and Sydney’s iconic coastline.

Tauck’s milestone year of African safaris also coincides with a renewed commitment to Tauck Impact, the company’s global initiative dedicated to supporting local communities, preserving cultural and natural heritage, and reducing environmental impact in the regions where Tauck operates.
