Jamaica’s Edmund Bartlett Shares His Tourism Vision and Celebrates Blue Jays’ Big Wins

by John Kirk  October 06, 2025

I met with the Hon. Edmund Bartlett, CD, MP, Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism this morning and he was proudly sporting a Toronto Blue Jays jersey, fresh off the Jays’ back-to-back wins over the Yankees. It set the tone for a lively and insightful conversation. We talked about Jamaica’s impressive tourism resilience, its strategic priorities for growth, and how the destination continues to lead globally. Minister Bartlett shared his vision for investment, community empowerment, and innovation. A great discussion with one of the industry’s most respected leaders. We hope you enjoy.
