Travel Market Report.ca Officially Launches: Your New Industry Resource

John Kirk with Geraldine Ree announcing TravelMarketReport.ca during TMP Vancouver.

TravelMarketReport.ca launched last week at Travel Market Place in Vancouver. The new site provides comprehensive industry information from a respected dedicated Canadian team. So what can our readers expect?

“I hope you’re all excited about this as much as we are,” John Kirk Executive Director Canada, told the TMP Vancouver crowd Thursday morning last week. “The insight and the commitment from TMP and the Travel Market Report group is very telling. They’re dedicated to Canada; there’s a Canadian corporation set up, there’s full Canadian banking. We’ve got the Canadian team in place, ready to deliver exciting news and information.”

Kirk says that it is important to engage with the Travel Market Report.ca team and use the platform as a resource to stay informed and connected within the Canadian travel industry. Advisors should keep up-to-date on Canadian industry news by following TMR Canada’s social media channels and regularly visiting the website. Additionally, advisors can utilize the training and learning resources available through the Travel Market Report’s various components, such as Travel Market Place, to improve their knowledge and skills.

Kirk emphasizes that advisors should share feedback, suggestions, or industry news with our team via social media or email. This two-way communication helps shape our content.

“We’d love to hear from any of you. Engage with us, if there’s something that we should know about that’s a trend that we’re not following up on, or you’d like us to look into, reach out to any of us.”

Readers can also expect more theme-based articles on topics such as technology and new products that can help advisors expand their expertise and offerings.

“The wise credit card, for example, which is a great new transactional card, allows you to load up foreign currency with very, very low transaction fees and conversion rates. It’s those sort of topics you’re going to find coming out from us on a regular basis that I think will help you add value as part of your sales process.”

Travel Market Report Quebec will also be launching soon, with Catherine Maisonneuve at the editorial helm. Stay tuned for more information.

“Thank you all for your warm welcome. This is going to be great.”
