Collette has updated its travel advisor training program, Collette University 201, with a new module focused on Small Group Explorations.

Explorations is Collette’s award-winning line of small group tours, which was first introduced in 2008. The departures are capped at 24 guests maximum, and were designed specifically with small groups in mind. On these premium tours, travelers can look forward to immersive, authentic experiences that would not be possible with larger groups.

The updated training was created to provide travel advisors with the tools and knowledge necessary to match clients with Collette’s small group tour line. The module offers an in-depth look at this travel style. Once completed, advisors may download a “takeaway sheet.”

The Explorations training module is now available on Collette University, which can be accessed via the travel advisor portal.

“This expanded learning opportunity is really about giving advisors the context and confidence to recommend Explorations to the travelers who are the best fit,” said Jaclyn Leibl‑Cote, president and CEO of Collette. “When you understand the traveler’s mindset and what experience may fit them best, it leads to happier clients and stronger repeat business.”
