Tour operator Collette has released a new training module for travel advisors that focuses on enhancements and value-added experiences.

Part of Collette University 201, the latest module was designed to help advisors confidently upsell to their clients with travel enhancements such as pre- and post-nights, extensions, transportation packages, and travel protection. The latest training installment is available now.

“Enhancements can make a meaningful difference in a traveller’s overall experience when they’re aligned with that person’s needs and travel style,” said Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, president and CEO of Collette. “This module helps advisors better understand the value each enhancement provides so they can confidently recommend options that create an even smoother, more enjoyable journey for their clients.”

The new module provides an in-depth look at Collette’s most popular add-ons, as well as training on how travel advisors can best position these enhancements to their clients. The module includes practical tips on presenting these options effectively, focusing on the value-added aspect rather than sounding like a sales pitch.

Collette University is an award-winning training platform that was created for advisors. It was created with input from advisors, and features self-paced learning modules that cover subjects relevant to the trade. The current iteration, Collette University 201, was introduced in March 2026.
