TravelBrands’ new Director of Sales (Quebec) & Strategic Development Christian Roussin.
TravelBrands has announced the promotion of Christian Roussin to Director of Sales (Quebec) & Strategic Development. In this expanded role, he will assume responsibilities previously held by industry veteran Lina Côté, whose retirement later this year was announced last week.
The company says Roussin’s appointment marks the next chapter in a remarkable 25-year travel industry career.
“Christian’s deep industry knowledge, collaborative mindset, and passion for the travel advisor community make him the perfect choice to take on this expanded role,” said Nathalie Tanious, President & CEO of H.I.S. Canada Travel Inc. (parent company of TravelBrands).

“He leads with integrity and vision, and his ability to inspire others while building strong relationships will continue to elevate our presence across the Canadian marketplace. We’re confident that under Christian’s leadership in this expanded role, our sales strategy in Quebec will grow stronger and more connected than ever.”
Over the past year, in his role as Senior Manager of Strategic Development, Roussin has led a variety of cross-functional initiatives across TravelBrands, working closely with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
As Director of Sales (Quebec) & Strategic Development, Christian will spearhead TravelBrands’ sales strategy in Quebec, overseeing partner relations, agency engagement, and strategic development initiatives that align with TravelBrands’ long-term growth objectives.
TravelBrands says this transition ensures a smooth evolution for its sales team, partners, and travel agent network, and affirms the company’s commitment to developing purpose-driven leaders who keep the travel advisor community at the heart of everything they do.
