Ensemble Kicks Off 2025 Event Series with “Uncharted” Virtual Meet

Ensemble kicked off its annual branded event series recently with Uncharted, a daylong virtual gathering designed to inspire members to “Rediscover Possibilities” in a constantly evolving travel landscape.

“This year is about reimagining what’s possible and reigniting the spirit of innovation and collaboration that sets our network apart,” said Ensemble president Michael Johnson. “Uncharted serves as the catalyst for our members to unlock new opportunities, gain deeper expertise, and elevate their businesses through the power of community and education.”

Under this year’s overarching “re” theme—representing rediscovery, renewal, and reinvention — Uncharted gathered Ensemble members and top travel partners for dynamic sessions and virtual FAMs. Participating brands included Globus, G Adventures, Princess Cruises, Explora Journeys, AmaWaterways, Hyatt Inclusive Collection, The Cove and The Reef at Atlantis, Intrepid, and more.

The Uncharted agenda featured drop-in discussion rooms featuring sessions with Ensemble’s teams across marketing, technology and learning/development. Members were able to meet the teams, ask questions and expand their knowledge on Ensemble programs from the new partnership with HubSpot; launch of RangeTravel.com; leveraging social media; updates on Ensemble’s partner programs; and how to leverage new Certification programs across several verticals.

As niche travel continues to grow in importance, Uncharted featured dedicated sessions for Ensemble’s Circles communities, including Adventures, Ultra Luxe, Celebrations, and Cruise, offering specialized insights to help members cater to the evolving demands of travelers.

Unchartered Expo: A Monthlong Virtual Exploration

Complementing the daylong event is Uncharted Expo, a virtual showcase to explore new destinations, discover global partners, and access curated weekly content. Throughout February, more than 900 registered members will have ongoing access to a virtual expo hall featuring more than 90 partners. Each week also features live programming designed to connect, educate, and inspire, with themes covering:

  • Week 1: Sun & Sand and the Americas
  • Week 2: Exploring the Enchantments of Europe
  • Week 3: Awe-Inspiring Experiences: Specialty, Africa & Asia
  • Week 4: Conquering the World of Travel with ADX

Each Tuesday will feature live panels featuring different partners and members offering expert insights and industry discussions. Adding some fun to the schedule will be trivia quizzes on Wednesdays offering members a chance to win amazing prizes, while Thursday workshops led by the Ensemble team dive into partner programs, marketing tools, ADX – Ensemble’s proprietary all-in-one booking platform – and more.

Uncharted marks just the beginning of Ensemble’s annual series of events that will also include Skyline regional events; a multi-city tour across nine locations in the U.S. and Canada; Beyond Extraordinary Experiences, a celebration of top performers with an exclusive event in Tuscany featuring Andrea Bocelli; Summit for Owners and Managers; and Horizons, Ensemble’s flagship event bringing together the entire network.
