Travel Leaders Network (TLN) is giving its technology platform a major overhaul, introducing a new system designed to help travel advisors spend less time on administrative work and more time selling travel.
Launching Nov. 2, “AdvisorOS” will replace the network’s longtime AgentMate platform, bringing agency management, booking tools and client engagement features together under one roof.
TLN describes the launch as its most significant proprietary technology upgrade in years, with the redesigned platform developed in consultation with member agencies.
The goal is to simplify the day-to-day demands of running a travel business by connecting tools that previously operated separately.
“We listened to our members about what they need to run their businesses more effectively, and AdvisorOS is a direct result of that feedback,” said Lindsay Pearlman, president of Travel Leaders Network, in a press release.
“Our goal is to make technology work for advisors, not the other way around. By bringing the tools they rely on into a more connected, intuitive experience, we’re helping them spend less time on administrative tasks and more time serving clients and growing their businesses.”
What’s new for advisors?
Among the biggest changes is a stronger focus on business intelligence, with enhanced sales reporting designed to give agency owners a clearer picture of their performance and support more informed decisions.
AdvisorOS will also provide integrated access to TLN’s SNAP and Cruise Complete booking platforms, allowing advisors to move more easily between reservations and client management.
Other improvements include centralized client profiles, customizable client communications and reminders, upgraded invoicing tools and secure electronic authorizations.
A redesigned dashboard will bring daily activities and client relationships into a single view, reducing the need to jump between multiple systems.
More integrations & AI
The November launch is only the beginning of TLN’s plans for AdvisorOS.
The network says the platform has been designed to accommodate additional integrations and capabilities as technology and member needs evolve.
The first planned third-party integration, with Project Expedition, is expected in late November.
Additional supplier and technology integrations are anticipated in 2027 and beyond, along with AI-driven features. TLN has not yet outlined the specific AI capabilities it intends to introduce.
What happens to AgentMate?
For agencies currently using AgentMate, TLN says the transition should be straightforward.
While the AgentMate name will be retired, existing users will retain their current functionality, established workflows and login credentials.
To help members navigate the change, TLN says it is preparing an educational program that includes webinars, training materials and dedicated support.
