Marco Pozzobon Promoted to VP of Strategic Partnerships at ACTA

After 15 years with the association, ACTA has promoted Marco Pozzobon to Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, effective October 1.

In his new role, Pozzobon will continue to forge key partnerships and further drive business development to support ACTA’s long-term vision.

“I am thrilled to see Marco step into this expanded role. His innovative approach and deep understanding of our business make him the ideal leader to advance our strategic partnerships and business development priorities. I look forward to working closely with him as we enter this exciting next chapter, said Suzanne Acton Gervais, ACTA President.

“This promotion reflects ACTA’s ongoing commitment to recognizing and empowering leadership talent within the organization and an increased focus on business development opportunities that support ACTA.”

“Marco has demonstrated exceptional commitment to building meaningful partnerships that have strengthened our organization and positioned us well for the future,” said Monica Johnstone, ACTA Chair of the Board. “The Board and I are confident that Marco will excel in this new role and continue to be a driving force behind our growth.”

The announcement is on the heels of the warm industry welcome of Gervais as ACTA’s Fall Summits across the country. Throughout the events, ACTA emphasized the importance of professional development, accessibility in travel, and the evolving landscape of the travel industry. The summits featured diverse speakers and exhibitors, providing attendees with valuable insights and tools to navigate the dynamic travel market.
