Spain Sees Another Record Year for Tourism

January 05, 2016

For the third consecutive year, the number of tourists visiting Spain has increased. The country’s tourism ministry said nearly 64.6 million visitors traveled to Spain in the first 11 months of 2015, up 4.8% from 2014.

The tourism boom can be thanked in part to a weak euro and security issues in other Mediterranean beach resort countries, like Egypt.
