Alaska Airlines and JetBlue—Highest in J.D. Power’s Rankings
Alaska Airlines and JetBlue Airways have again been named high-ranking airlines in a recent customer service survey by J.D. Power. The study, which ranks traditional and low-cost carriers based on passenger satisfaction, customer experience, and cost, gave top marks to Alaska Airlines in the traditional carrier category for the eighth consecutive year and JetBlue among low-cost carriers for the tenth year straight.
The study also found that customers who choose airlines based on customer experience rather than cost, have a better flight experience than those who choose based solely on price. The top three traditional carriers are Alaska Airlines, Delta and American. The top three low-cost carriers are JetBlue, Southwest and WestJet.
